Complex or extremely detailed characters may be subject to a 15-25% extra complexity fee due to how long they may take me, for advanced patterning or extremely detailed scales/anatomy

Payment and Refunds:

I accept paypal ONLY but if paypal is not an option for you, for an additional 5% i can add a payment option onto Ko-fi which offers more payment options (ko-fi takes a 5% fee on non donations)

Prices are always in USD however please make sure you pay the price in it’s USD value, paypal will try and change it automatically to CAD, this is alright as long as the conversion is correct!

For example If my price is 10 USD I should be getting around 13.85 CAD! (Conversions change daily)

I will only do payment plans on commissions and adoptables over 100 USD with a NON REFUNDABLE 50% down within 48 hours of asking to purchase/order

- if an adopt payment falls through that 50% down can go towards any future or previous adopt of equal or lesser value once the failed adopt gets resold for up to 3 months after the adopt has fallen through

- If a commission falls through the commissioner will be able to keep the concept sketch and/or any finished work. Commissions will never be lined or clean colored prior to full payment and will stay in it’s sketch concept stage until payment is complete

Refunds are only offered under certain and reasonable circumstances, anything on a payment plan will not be repaid if the commissioner fail to pay in a reasonable amount of time or begin to ghost once payments are started

If I cannot complete a commission due to physical or mental health reasons or anything else IRL in or out of my control I will reach out with several options for a partial or full refund (depending on completion, any completed work will still be delivered) or to exchange for something else (adoptable, line art, etc) of equal value to the commission (no matter the completion of the work, which will still additionally be delivered as is) I will refund the refundable 50% of payment plan commissions due to commissioner IRL emergencies, more may be refunded depending on the situation

If a commission is started and I feel i cannot complete the request up to my own standards, a partial refund or full will be given or the option for a different art piece to be done (in regards to backgrounds, specific kinks/scenes, poses, or complex characters)

Any forced refunders will be blacklisted completely, if you require a refund please reach out first, forced refunds in the past have resulted in stacked NSF fees to my bank account and I would prefer to avoid them, i cannot refund anyone if my bank account bounces and i start racking up fees putting me deeper in the red

If you request or require a refund, and if it is nearing paypals 6 month guarantee on g&s please reach out by 5 months into commission time so i can make sure i’ve got the balance for a proper paypal based refund! If for some reason it is past those 6 months I will send the money directly over g&s

Adoptables and Custom Designs:

Once payment has been sent you may use the adopt in any form you wish, art, comics, stories, fursuits and more. If you wish to use the design for a premade fursuit meant for strictly SALE please ask FIRST as I may require an additional “licensing fee” for the design

I MUST be credited for the design itself on the TH page or wherever the character is stored, and for any art personally done by myself, if someone asks who designed the character please point them to my socials!

You may make minor changes to the design within reason! If you are unsure please feel free to ask, I am pretty lax with my designs but it should still be recognizable!

For custom designs I will always try and deliver a concept sketch or color test within 48 hours, however life does happen!

I encourage to link “dreamie lists” or references for design preferences! While i would never and will never reference or copy a design, viewing designs you like helps me pinpoint patterns in your preferences (colors, hair styles, general vibes etc! Ie if i see a lot of star themes or gradients i’ll likely incorporate that, lots of spotty designs i’ll make something spotty <3 )this helps me plan out the design more confidently and in turn helps minimize needing to do major revisions due to misunderstanding descriptions of traits you enjoy.

YCH and General Commissions

There are certain things I will not draw, either due to preferences or due to my lack of skill/experienced to do so, I don’t know how to draw a lot of things (like clothes) and I prefer to avoid to push out drawings that arn’t up to my own standards

You must be 18+ to purchase commissions/ychs from me, you can be 15+ to purchase SFW adopts from me

I can only accept payment via paypal g&s or ko-fi, ko-fi purchases will be charged an additional 5% to cover ko-fis fees (no fees on donations but sales are taxed) Canada unfortunately only has Paypal

All prices are always in USD, payments may be sent in CAD as long as the conversions the USD equivalent

If you wish to have a version of your finished piece where you can publicly post WITHOUT requiring credit or watermarks I will request an additional 50-75% fee on top of your commission price, this is to make up for any traffic, followers or commissions that may come with someone discovering my page and art through it being credited and reposted onto your own page, I will also not post these pieces anywhere on my own socials, but may use them as

privately shared examples for customers asking for finished piece examples. You may not claim this art as your own as course.

If you wish to use my design for any sales/merch or other commercial uses (streamer art art etc) I will require an additional fee for this as well determined by the use

Any ych/commissions who break my TOS rules for crediting will have the pose/background reused and turned into an additional/new ych (NOT any private characters, just the pose/layout/background)

You will have a watermark-less and watermarked version delivered, I request anywhere public that my art is watermarked and credited accordingly (unless meeting the criteria above) this includes discord servers (but not private discord dms, anywhere with a public group of people)

Payment plans are available in some cases, no work will be done until at least 50% is paid (often required within 48 hours) and it will not leave the sketch stage until payment is complete

My TaT is variable, I openly disclaim I have ADHD and suffer with chronic depression, both resulting in heavy motivation issues, forgetfulness, and motivation paralysis, sometimes mentally I just cannot get back to messages right away, cannot meet TaTs due to energy levels or unable to get into the groove of things, I will try my best to stay super open and update on anything that may pop up

If my times take well over a TaT given I often will throw in something extra (extra doodles, shading to a flat piece etc) as compensation for your patience (this is not to be demanded, it’s done for those who have been understanding and patient <3)

I will often work on multiple commissions at once to try and prevent burnout, block, or lack of inspiration, sometimes i will swap between making adopts, sketch doodles, and commissions, if you see other art from me it’s likely due to fishing for that inspiration and not wanting to force myself to finish something in a way that may not end up as my best quality work.
